Frequently Asked Questions
Is this an event just for Caldicot town residents?
There will be a local pre-sale, starting from 3/10/24, for one week. During this time tickets will only be available for anyone with Caldicot in their home address.
How can I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets from this website, please remember to add additionals like parking, and free under 3 tickets if required.,
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can purchase?
In order to be fair to everyone, we have put a 10 ticket limit on initial orders, if your household requires more than this, please contact us here or place multiple orders. Please do not order more tickets than your household requires, as this may mean that someone else is unable to attend with their family.
Are there any age restrictions?
There must be at least one adult over the age of 18 in your group booking. Access to the event on the day is at discretion of gate managers and security.
Is there a waiting list for tickets?
If you are unable to purchase tickets due to a sell-out, there will be an option to join the waiting list. This means if any spare tickets become available (which does happen), they will be offered on a first come first serve basis to the list.
I haven't received my tickets?
All tickets are sent electronically to the email address provided during checkout. If you can't find your tickets in your main inbox, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you still cant find them, please contact us here.

Although the fireworks we use are referred to as low noise, they will definitely go off with a bang! If you or anyone you're visiting with are sensitive to this, this display may not be suitable.
